Jessy is Kenyan, with over 15 years’ experience working in both urban and rural Kenya with local and international non-governmental organizations. Her skills include professional development, project manager, life coach, and work camp coordinator.
She is a creative systems thinker and constantly seeks to connect the dots in any project she works on. She is passionate about people and how each one can push their boundaries using a bottom up approach centered on real human needs. She believes that design should be a democratic process that allows people to come up with solutions for their needs. She particularly enjoys working in a team and in participatory processes of designing strategies that consider each one’s input and brings out the best of each other.
